Multi-user is not relevant (depth is wc-only). The issue is use of
multiple clients to access the same wc; this could happen if multiple
users share a wc, but that generally a bad idea anyway. More likely,
this happens if a user is using multiple client programs (CLI, IDE
integration, Tortoise) or if the wc is on a network home directory
accessed on heterogeneous computers.
