[PATCH] merge -rold(before rename):head renamed file - test case

Hi,

I am attaching a patch along with this mail to implement a test case as
described in http://svn.haxx.se/dev/archive-2007-09/0706.shtml for a
renamed file. This is a follow up to r26829.
