Environment recommendations?

Our development team is growing from one to a few more so we're setting up an
environment to development in, test, and of course our two different servers
for the production environment. We have setup Subversion to use with
eclipse for development and a local server to host our code repository. Can
anyone give me recomendations on the best way to handle moving code to our
two production servers from our local server's code repository?
