The perl bindings will not currently build with VC6 + SWIG 1.3.31 --
it doesn't like 'long long' as I recall.

However, the python bindings work fine, and I believe I've built the
ruby bindings with it before (I don't have ruby setup at the moment).
I think the same fix that was made for the python and ruby bindings
just need to be made for perl, but I'm not positive since I know very
little of swig.
