[PATCH] Implement XFail tests in depth_tests.py

Hi,

I am attaching a patch along with this email in order to implement two
pending XFail tests in depth_tests.

Implement test for depth_empty_commit and depth_immediates_bring_in_file

  Convert XFail test for depth_empty_commit and
  depth_immediates_bring_in_file to a normal test by adding the actual
  test implementation.

    * subversion/tests/cmdline/depth_tests.py
      (depth_empty_commit): Add logic for the test case.
      (depth_immediates_bring_in_file): Add logic for the test case.
      (test_list): Add 'depth_empty_commit' and
       'depth_immediates_bring_in_file' to test_list.
