svn_ctype.h public header deprecated?

When reading http://svn.haxx.se/dev/archive-2005-12/0364.shtml, the
entire svn_ctype.h header has now been deprecated. However, when
looking at the header itself, I can't find any evidence to that
extent.

Branko, Ivan, can you comment?
