[PATCH] Add RISC OS to FAQ Subversion OSes

A user pointed out (to the feedback@tigris.org address) that
Subversion has also been ported to RISC OS, and the FAQ doesn't
mention that. The fix would be trivial, of course:

But is that the Right Thing To Do? I'd hate to see that line become
a dumping ground for port claims. It also occurs to me that it
appears to imply that MacOS X is not a "modern flavor of Unix," which
I would challenge. (RISC OS is arguably less-than-modern, though, so
maybe substituting the one for the other is the right idea?)
