If I may respond:

I've posted a patch that makes svnlook diff consistent with
svn diff wrt the -x flag. The patch in its final form is here:

The patch in its initial form was well received by both
Erik Huelsmann and Daniel Rall. I made it because a user
asked if it was possible to ignore whitespace in svnlook diff,
which currently isn't implemented.

I'd like to see the patch in 1.5.
Should I open an issue for this with a 1.5 milestone?
