Note that I worked out the actual regression last night, but I
couldn't find any error output in the returned response, save a mere
"<status>500 Internal error</status><responsedescription>can't remove
property</responsedescription>'.

If anybody can make mod_dav_svn insert the actual error into the XML
response body, I'll help dig it back out on the client side and return
it to the user.
