Specifically, it doesn't really seem like svn:executable and
svn:needs-lock are really the type of properties you ever unset.

I can't really tell if this is an argument for or against the warning,
though :-)

"Trying to clear svn:executable is so rare, of course we haven't heard
complaints about the confusing command from the few people who have
tried!"
