Ben poked me off-list to say that the internal bug on Google's side is
now marked as fixed - and I can confirm that. I've now got serf
working against Google Code in serf r1111. Google is aggressive with
closing connections without telling us - that's okay - so I taught
serf in r1111 to play nice with that behavior.
