[serf] ra_serf Bus Errors on "svn mkdir https://path/to/repo/and/then/dirs/that/dont/exist

With ra_serf, running

  svn mkdir https://amock.googlecode.com/svn/a/b/c/d/e/f/g/h -m bla

gives a bus error. (You may want to substitute "serf" for "amock".)
I'm not that great with gdb, but it looks like in get_version_url in
commit.c, it's passing NULL in the root_checkout local to
svn_path_url_add_component.

(I'm using serf 0.1.1, and trunk svn.)
