Including Subversion binaries with a program

I was hoping to distribute a program I'm working on with the Windows
binaries of Subversion. I have two questions for the group:

1. Am I allowed, based on the license, to redistribute the Subversion
binaries with my application (which is also open source)?

2. If I just need the svn.exe functionality, do I just need to redistribute
that, or are there other dll files I'll need?

Thanks and keep up the great work on Subversion! I couldn't get through a
day without it.
