Manuals for setting up a SVN multi-user windows environment

Does anyone know where i can find manuals or instruction on how best
to setup a Subversion environment on Windows server in a multiple
programmer setting? We have about 6 developers working in VSS right
now, but its limiting.

The development environment is setup as follows:

One development server (in-house)
Two staging servers (mirrored and balanced - remote)
Two live servers (mirrored and balanced - remote)

The remote servers are at a hosting company but we have a vpn
connection between our office and the hosting environment so can do
LAN transfers to and from the machines.

Workflow is usually as follows: Developer builds site on development
server, then moves it to staging to test the site in a load balanced
environment. The client reviews it on staging and once approved, the
site is moved over to the live server. We are currently using FTP to
move files accross and we have a mirroring program to make the load
balanced servers have the latest version of the code.

Hoping that someone can point me in the right direction on how to
setup a SVN server, let all the developers store their code in it, and
if possible, move files between the different servers too.

Thanks
