Feature Request: emit the webdav executable property?

I'm trying to use various webdav based tools against my svn
repository. I'd like the files I've marked as svn:executable to show
up as executable. But, there's a bit of a hitch.

While the executable attribute isn't part of the webdav spec, it seems
like the apache webdav property is becoming a de facto standard. At
least, various tools seem to all expect it. (described at
http://www.webdav.org/mod_dav/#imp)

Could mod_dav_svn start emitting that in addition to the native svn
property? It would make it easier to use third part tools.

I spoke to David Glasser, who thought it was a worthy idea, and
suggested I mail it here.
