Hey D.J.

Here's a tip for using gmail: Go to Kouhei's email and press the "show
original" button (select it from the triangle menu next to the "reply"
button). This will show you the original text of his message without
any modifications by gmail. You can then copy and paste that into a
patch.

I've had to do this before with patches because gmail trims the
trailing spaces from inline attachments.
