[PATCH] Update diff.c in tools to handle diff options.

Subversion's builtin diff has been enhanced, but the command line tool
hasn't been updated. I did that.

I'm using the new API's introduced in 1.4 to parse diff options, so the
diff tool will now support the same options that are supported in svn.
This is useful to test modifications to the diffing library.

May I commit this patch?
