The APR change log referenced in the Subversion revision referenced by
ASF Bugzilla issue #34332 indicates that the bug was fixed in 1.2.0.
However, I heard from a co-worker that 0.9.6 contains the fix also
(which doesn't make any sense to me, since that's the release where
the problem was reported in the first place). I need to check APR's
source code for its older tags to confirm.
