Re: Improved patch format - SoC

One more thing ... I think it would be a big mistake if we (the
Subversion project) invented a new diff/patch format ourselves, in
isolation. We should make an effort to coordinate with other projects,
like Mercurial, Arch, Git (brrrr....), OpenCM, etc. etc., and try to
come up with a format that would be at least marginally useful for
echanging patches with tree-modification data between different version
control systems.
