PATCH: svn2cl lists too many filenames

I've been trying to use svn2cl to generate Changelogs, but it keeps
including the full path to files which are outside the directory of
interest.

I made an ugly patch which works around the problem by pre-processing
the XML data before the XSL runs. See here:

There's a 'TODO' in the .xsl script which suggests this has been
noticed before. Unfortunately I don't know enough about XSL to do the
patch properly.
