Remove check-case-insensitive.py from contrib?

I wrote check-case-insensitive.py (and .pl) having never written any
Python and with little knowledge of the Subversion API, and although it
works it is very inefficient. The replacement script case-insensitive.py
(not written by me) is far better but only works for Subversion 1.3.0
and later.

Given that check-case-insensitive.{py,pl} are on the 1.3 branch I
propose to remove them from the trunk and make a clearer note on
http://subversion.tigris.org/tools_contrib.html#hook_scripts that
check-case-insensitive should *not* be used for subversion 1.3 and beyond.

Are there any objections to this?
