hot-backup.py and zip archiving on windows failes (access denied)

While configuring hot-backup with .zip archiving on XP I run into the
same problem as described in this posting:

The attached patch inside this thread
(http://svn.haxx.se/dev/archive-2006-11/0459.shtml) resolved the issue
for me (after playing with the python indentation). Could anybody be so
kind to apply this patch?
