Reorganizing contrib/client-side/.

I'd like to reorganize contrib/client-side/ to use subdirs, because
it's getting messy in there. This will be easy to do; the question
is, should we leave forwarding links?

My feeling is no, we shouldn't, because the directory itself will be
easy to navigate. So I'd like to just reorganize, and make sure that
our own web pages refer to things at their new URLs, and if that
leaves a few broken links out there in the world, that's okay.

Any objections?

(This was inspired by the recent dsvn.el post, by the way; I intend to
add dsvn.el after the reorganization.)

Here's what contrib/client-side/ looks like right now:

     asvn svn_load_dirs.pl.in
     diff3wrap.bat svn_load_dirs_property_table.example
     diff-to-logmsg.vim svn_load_dirs.README
     diffwrap.bat svn-log.pl
     dsvn.el svnmerge.py
     incremental-update.py svnmerge.README
     mucc.c svnmerge.sh
     mucc-test.py svnmerge_test.py
     psvn/ svn-merge-vendor.py
     search-svnlog.pl svn-push/
     svn2cl/ svn-resolve
     svn_all_diffs.pl svn_update.pl
     svn_apply_autoprops.py svn-viewdiff
     svn-clean svn.vim
     svncopy.pl testsvncopy.pl
     svncopy.pl.in testsvncopy.pl.in
     svncopy.README vc-svn.el
     svn_export_empty_files.py wcgrep
     svn_load_dirs.pl

If we agree with this course, be warned that I (or someone) will
probably use it for other contrib/ and tools/ directories later :-).
