Do you need Installer help?

I have been monitoring the Users group for about 6 months now as I am
the admin for setting up our SVN server. I have noticed quite a few
e-mail regarding the 1.4.3 installer not being posted to the website.

I have been writing the installation and configuration software for my
company for 5 years. Is the issue that you don't have anyone to do the
work or are there other reasons why it has not been posted?

I am willing to help out with the development and updates to the install
package if needed.
