Browser Plugin for Subversion

Hello,
is there a Plugin for Firefox or Internet Explorer to not only see and
browse a Repository but also modify it (commit)?
I found only serverside Tools.
It would be practical: If you have no admin-rights on a machine and
you cannot install e.g. TortoiseSVN but want to commit changes...
