Nothing on the blame API patch itself, but the -rWORKING support should
probably go in as a separate patch, and might merit some discussion
first.

(Personally, I like it. It does highlight quite a bit of brokenness in
our current APIs - e.g. diff -rWORKING:BASE and diff -rWORKING:N - but I
think that's probably a good thing).
