406 problem subversion with apache

Hi,
I am very new in subversion i have setup subversion in fedora core 6
, it is working ok when i run command lime svn import ...., or
checkin , list. but when I am using svn import http://192.168.100.1/svn/repos

my error generating are

Execute: Import
Error: Error while performing action: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/genpact'
PROPFIND of '/svn/genpact': 406 Not Acceptable (https://59.162.187.233)
Ready

so i could not able to import from the out side.
