RFE: add checksum to "svn info url"

Should "svn info url" give out checksums in future versions of SVN? This can
be useful for repository repair or to bring exported project back again to
state of working copy without redownloading the files.

I already asked this before, but haven't received any official answer except
that David Glasser mentioned that "Get file checksum" might be a reasonable
addition to the RA api.
