What Happened to Subway (the Subversion SCC Provider)?

Hi all!

I'm a co-editor of the Dmoz.org Subversion category. Subway used to be
mentioned and was available at this URL:

http://nidaros.homedns.org/subway/

However the URL is not availble and the root page of the domain contains
nothing too interesting too. Does anyone know where I can find Subway now?
Alternatively, is a better replacement available somewhere so I can add it as
a link?
