mod_dav_svn VirtualSVNPath & VirtualSVNParentPath (issue #2679)

Hello list,

I am unfamiliar with C / C++ and so far have not gotten anywhere really.

I am wondering if somebody here would be interested in trying to use the
code in apaches mod_vhost_alias
to make a VirtualSVNPath and a VirtualSVNParentPath Directive supporting
the same features tha VirtualDocumentRoot does.

hope someone here might have some slight interest in this feature
