The form of the copyright notice for the collective work is wrong.

"Copyright (c) 2000-2007 CollabNet. All rights reserved." isn't a
proper notice.

If we're going to change it (and I don't think 1.4.x should be touched
at all no matter what), it should be one of:

[ ] "Copyright 2000 CollabNet"
[ ] "Copyright 2007 CollabNet"
[ ] remove the notice entirely

If we're going to change it, please let's change it to something
that's accurate. But, let's not keep the brokenness around for
another year. -- justin
