Plans for 1.4.3?

Seemed like there was some talk and momentum a couple of weeks ago towards
getting a 1.4.3 release out. Now that the holidays are over do people have
the time to get this going again? I want to do a Subclipse release fairly
soon, and I will want to do one when 1.4.3 is released as well, so if
possible I'd prefer to just do one release, especially if the two events
wind up happening in close proximity to each other.

There is a JavaHL fix that could benefit Subclipse, and also the various
fixes for the Windows crashes. Among others.
