AFAICT, Subversion doesn't use the .vcproj's from httpd - only those
from APR/APR-util.

FWIW, I just checked my httpd 2.2.x source build and I didn't have a
Release build - so I'm trying that and maybe that'll fix it... *cross
fingers* -- justin
