So, as of this revision, ra_serf (with serf 0.1.0+) passes all regression tests
on Mac OS X and FreeBSD. I know ra_serf works okay on Windows, but I can't
figure out how to get the test suite compiled there for the life of me
(win_tests.py isn't sufficient - the test binaries won't compile for me).

Regardless, I think we're getting close to having the discussion whether we
should flip the default in trunk to gauge whether we should do so for 1.5.

Thoughts?

I've been using ra_serf every day for the last 9+ months - so WFM. =)

BTW, ra_serf now has an XPASS for authz tests #2; I think this is due to the
different strategy ra_serf takes to authentication that fixes the issue that
ra_dav/neon can't/hasn't easily solved. -- justin
