Tested the installer and package:

Check exe with AVG virus scanner: OK
Compared installed binaries with the zip package: OK
Checked if all files are installed: OK
Tried some basic svn actions: OK
Check the contents of the start menu: OK
Checked the licenses from the Start menu: OK
Uninstall: OK

There's still one minor issue in the installer: the welcome text in the
installer still has the 2005 copyright and the incorrect grammar. This
has been fixed in r21516 and proposed for backport to 1.4.x.

I'd say ship this version and fix it in 1.4.3.

I also propose to backport all changes on trunk needed to make the
current installer to 1.4.x. Currently we have 4 revisions in STATUS with
one vote, so if you look at those and vote for them too we can backport
them. Can you also add the revisions in which you changed the perl code
in the STATUS file? So we can backport those too?

thanks,

Lieven
