Could you make the new installer available under a different name than
the old installer? For example svn-1.4.2-setup-2.exe? Or
svn-1.4.2a-setup.exe? (Though the latter implies a new svn version
which wouldn't be true...)
Having different names may prevent confusion when people post to
users@ later on.
