You're probably referring to issue 2642:
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2642

These crashes all originated in apr, but the root cause of this issue hasn't
been found yet. So no, it's not solved. There's no reason to assume these
crashes are caused by neon btw.
