Hi!

I believe the problem is that the config is case-insensitive and duplicate
keys get lost.

Your problem can be solved the following way:

[auto-props]
*.[Cc] = svn:eol-style=native
*.[Hh] = svn:eol-style=native
*.[Tt][Xx][Tt] = svn:eol-style=native
