Including Python's 2.4.x subprocess.py in our tree

I like to use svn-fast-backup on any deployments that I do. svn-fast-backup
uses Python 2.4.x's subprocess.py module but on RHEL4 and Centos4, they only
ship with Python 2.3.

The subprocess.py is backwards compatible with Python 2.2 according to the
comment at the top of the file.

So as a convenience, would people mind if we include subprocess.py in the
contrib/server-side directory?
