Approval to Commit New Links to www/links.html

Hi all!

I have a commit bit in the Subversion repository, but I was very careful using
it so far so I won't do anything nasty.

Recently, however I started sending patches to add Subversion links I
encounter to www/links.html. However, I find this process less convenient
than simply committing it in, and plus it has already happened several times
(and one patch that is attached to this message was not commited yet).

So I'd like to get an approval for me to commit such changes to www/links.html
when I find them. What do you say?
