Ok, there's one remaining significant change to vote on in STATUS
(r20833, r20836, a win32 build fix), other than that pretty much
everything has been approved and merged. I'd like to get that change
approved, and then all that's remaining is CHANGES updates. If nobody
else gets to that this afternoon I'll take a look at it.

danderson, you available to roll a release sometime soon? I figure
one more rc, and then maybe a week of soak on it just in case? I
don't think anything we've changed is significant enough to justify
another 4 week soak cycle.

So, any win32 developers around that can take a look at that build fix
would be more than welcome...
