Future Subversion commit log feature

There is one feature that SVK has (and apparently git does also) that
I think is really useful: Being able to delete a file from the change
listing in a commit log message to remove it from that commit. I have
only been using Subversion regularly for a couple of months now, but
already there have been countless times that I have had to ":q!" to
abort a commit because it had files I did not want to include.

Has there been any talk about implementing this feature into the
official subversion client? I find that that svk's interface is quite
inferior in all the other areas so I do not use it regularly, but this
one thing would be awesome to have!

Thanks,

Troy
