[PROPOSAL] Add sub-commands to binding examples

Hello,

1. I wish to add following sub-commands to tools/examples/svnlook.py
python script:

     cat
     history
     uuid

2. I wish to add following sub-commands to tools/examples/svnshell.py
python script:

     blame
     info
     log

I'm unsure how useful/relevant it is to add new sub-commands to these
scripts. I'll be glad to know if these commands are irrelevant or if
there are many other relevant commands to add.
