Hi Rajasekar,

Tortoise SVN is a Subversion client, but it's not Subversion. This is the
Subversion development mailing list, info on the Tortoise development
mailing list can be found here:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectMailingListList

If you really are looking to join the Subversion related mailing lists
see: http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectMailingListList

I'd also suggest reading http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/ and/or
http://subversion.tigris.org/ in general to get started.
