Re: Compiling Subversion 1.4.0 RC4 Neon Library

Hi,

i have figured out that Neon to be no more part of the SVN distribution,
as in previous releases of Subversion.

So it can't check it's own neon library source part.

So it was my fault, but i would like to mention to put a supplemental
into the ChangeLog about that.
