This log message is a little confusing since the term "namespace" generally
refers not to the name of a tag (include-parents), but to XML namespace in
which that tag is found (S). The implication here is that you've made a
tweak to the namespace from which your tag is pulled, but all you did was
rename the tag to be consistent with Subversion tag naming conventions.
