This screeeeeaaaaams "corner case" to me. In all honesty, how many
people build svn with working copy APRs? And how many of those lack
the knowledge of APR to run their own buildconf?

But, again, EREALLYNOCARE on this. If anyone really feels strongly
about this case, feel free to commit the patch and add it to the
backport. I won't be doing it. And with that veto, the release
process stalls. Again.
