Unfortunately, the choice of Managed C++ for NSvn limits it to Windows only.
Mono won't load mixed-mode assemblies, at least not ones created on Windows.

My blog has some examples of how to use NSvn from Powershell scripts, the
examples are also applicable in a fullblown .NET application:
