FWIW, I saw this a couple of times a week or so ago while trying
to import a cvs2svn conversion into a 1.3.1 repository on WinXP.
It took about 4 tries of the import to get it to run without error,
each failure was at a seemingly random revision (4900 revisions total,
died on approx r1500, r2500 and r4800 (dammit, so close!)).

I'd assumed it was some win32 filesystem bug, but perhaps not.
The same dumpfile imported into a repository on a Solaris 5.8
machine on a NFS volume using svn 1.3.0 without a problem.

Please CC me on any replies, I'm not on the list.
