svn2rss.py patch

Hello,

I have attached the patch for svn2rss.py script. The patch contains
following fixes:

  1) single character option
  2) description for each option
  3) exit if invalid option is passed
  4) dont write usage() info to stderr

Next, i wish to add support for rss 0.9x/1.0/2.0 and atom 0.3.
Currently we use PyRSS2Gen library and it does not seem to support any
feed other than 2.0. Let me know following infomation:

 1) Can we add support for rss 0.9x/1.0/2.0 & atom 0.3 ?
 2) If yes, can you suggest any python library supporting all these feeds ?
